I experimented with writing fiction and poetry to save my sanity, and I changed my life.
I earned a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling in Phoenix, and worked as a therapist for diverse clients in both public and private practices. It's fascinating and healing on most days, and discouraging on the rest.
After several years of helping loved ones with major transitions and health challenges, I'm ready to start writing again, and this is where I'll keep it. Nothing new yet, and the fiction is hidden until revised, but the poetry may be fun to read. Or not.
