From time to time, I write stories for kids, mostly picture book texts. The quality has improved over the years, thanks to conferences sponsored by The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators and talented critique partners and services. I just need to submit. It's not the rejection that daunts me, it's the time it takes to find an appropriate publishing house and editor.
